1)Camphor is a natural home remedy that will assist in getting rid of mosquitoes around your house or apartment. Its strong odor drives mosquitoes and cockroaches away. All you need to do is to close all of the doors and then light camphor for about 30 minutes – 1hour and you’ll notice that you won’t find any mosquitoes..
2 Garlic. Garlic is made up of several properties that can kill mosquitoes. Just crush a few cloves of garlic and then boil them in water then pour the solution in a spray bottle and spray it around your room, toilet, garage, etc. this solution will kill mosquitoes instantly. After eating lots of garlic, garlic oil is gently released from our pores. This garlic oil acts almost like a barrier between our skin and the mosquitoes. eat garlic every day! You can even rub it on your skin. 3) Mint.
The strong odor of mint is unbearable to the mosquitoes and it loathed by them. Studies have proved that essential oils are most effective against mosquitoes, especially peppermint oil. 5)Tea Tree Oil. Tea tree oil is one of the effective essential oils to get rid of insects. The anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties work wonders when it comes to fighting off the mosquitoes. The strong odour of the tea tree oil keeps the mosquitoes at bay. All you need to do is mix a few drops of tea tree oil with a few drops of water and apply this mixture on your face and other exposed parts of your body. 6) Rosemary is a natural insect repellent . Just Burn a few stalks of rosemary. The aroma that arises thereof will drive out the mosquitoes.. 7) Soybean oil. There is some evidence that this oil may provide longer-lasting protection than other natural repellants, particularly citronella essential oil. According to the University of Florida Medical Entomology Laboratory, soybean-based products like Bite Blocker for Kids (2 percent soybean oil) could provide long-lasting protection from mosquitoes. 8) Basil leaves are known for killing mosquito larvae. You can also spray some basil oil to repel mosquitoes. 9) pinion wood — a common wood used for outdoor fireplaces — outside your house or apartment and the smell will start killing mosquitoes almost instantly. They can’t handle the smell and will die pretty quickly. 10)Orange Peel – Just soak the peels from the orange in hot water for at least 24 hours then Pour the liquid into a spray bottle then go after the Mosquitoes, cockroaches.
